What's Cooking This Week?

This week's meal is a twist on an Italian dish that I had at a restaurant in Park Circle.  It is one of those hearty weeknight meals that can be prepared in about 30 minutes.  It's a Lemony Red Sauce with Sausage and Grilled Polenta.

What's Cooking This Week?

This weeks recipe is another one of those quick week night meals.  Why is it quick do you ask?  That's because the main part is done in the slow cooker.  Prepare to make a French Onion Chicken.

It's easy, yummy, and there should be left-overs! Yay!

What's Cooking This Week?

This week's recipe goes out to Maigen.....you can do it!  Posted up is a Fire-roasted tomato chicken with my tip for keeping baked chicken moist after you take it out of the oven.

This meal can easily be ready in under 30 minutes.  That's a shorter amount of time than driving to a restaurant and waiting for a table!

As always, if I'm not clear on anything please let me know.

What's cooking this week?

This week's recipe is a Spinach and Sausage Quiche.  I like this recipe because it is a warm and filling dinner that's high in protein.  It's great on these recently-turned cold days.

This recipe combines all of the ingredients into one mixture but as an alternative you can layer the egg mixture on top of the sausage mixture.  Your choice!  It's great no matter how you layer it.

I hope you enjoy this one.

Welcome!

Thanks for checking out my blog!  The purpose of this page is for me to share some really great weekly recipes that are fun to make and delicious to eat.  Most people have the ability to cook but not the creative know-how of what to make next.
I will be providing a new recipe every week that I've created to add into your dinner rotation.  What I hope you get out of reading this is that good food doesn't have to be complicated, it just has to taste like love.
Please let me know if I don't explain something properly.  I want this to be a fun experience that grows your knowledge of food.
